This service revolves around the member's request to cancel the subscription and the recovery of insurance
Service Procedure

To obtain the service via website or smart App
1. Sign up to the libraries page over Dubai Culture and Arts Authority's website or via the smart App using the customer’s membership number.
2. Request to cancel the membership by clarifying the reason for cancellation.
3. The library contacts the customer to refund the insurance amount and cancel the membership in the system.
Required Documents
- Receipt of insurance (for membership solid cards)
- Emirates ID

Cancellation Conditions
The customer has the right to cancel at any time after a confirmation of no unpaid financial claims
