Dubai Culture will launch the Al Jalila Talent Programme in November 2025, an initiative dedicated to finding and supporting children aged 8-12 with a passion for the arts. It aims to cultivate a creative environment that sparks imagination and helps young participants develop a deeper connection with artistic expression.

Those enrolled will participate in a series of specialised workshops, introducing them to the world of theatre and covering script development, acting, directing, set design, and more. This journey begins with two auditions: one for ‘Acting’ and one for ‘Movement,’ scheduled for August 16 and 17.

Rehearsals for City of Knowledge, a new stage production, start in September 2025, leading up to a performance at Al Jalila Theatre in November.

The experience concludes with an exhibition showcasing the children’s creations, ranging from artwork and stage design to original crafts.
